摘要目前旅游业已经成为我国发展最迅速的行业之一,每年的旅游者数量都在大幅增加,对于旅游的需求也越来越高。酒店作为旅游业的支柱产业之一,面对旅游者的高要求,及时提高自身的服务水平成为其当前最重要的问题。培训既能提高工作效率、提升酒店服务质量,又能帮助员工全方位的发展。所以说,培训对酒店有着极其深远的影响。

本论文主要了解苏州凯宾斯基酒店员工的培训现状,指出了其员工培训方面存在的问题,并根据问题有针对性地提出了一系列可行的建议。具体来讲,本文主要分成四个部分:第一部分首先阐述了本次研究的意义以及背景。第二部分分析了苏州凯宾斯基酒店的员工培训现状。第三部分从重视程度、培训需求、培训计划和反馈四个方面查找出苏州凯宾斯基酒店员工培训存在的问题。第四部分针对存在的问题,给出切实可行的对策。41904

 Problems and countermeasures of Suzhou Kempinski hotel staff training

Abstract

At present, tourism has become one of China's fastest growing industries.The annual number of tourists is increased substantially ,demanding for tourism is also increasing. As one of the pillar industries of tourism hotel, facing the high demand of tourists, to improve service for its own the most important issue. The hotel competition has reached a white hot, every kind of hotel appears constantly.By luxurious look to attract customers is no longer possible.Now the only way to impress customers is only high-quality service. Quality service needs staff to achieve, and the development of the hotel staff also need to promote, excellent staff is the foundation the success of the hotel. The hotel competition essence is the competition of talents, We need to upgrade the quality of staff through training to improve the hotel.Staff training is one of the keys of hotel development. A hotel emphasis on staff training, determining its future development of condition. This paper takes Kempinski Hotel Suzhou staff training as an example, detailing study its current situation and existing problems, identifying and analyzing countermeasures.I hope to inspire the hotel's staff training, and promote the sustained and healthy development of the hotel industry.
