摘 要：大学生创业不仅是一种尝试，更是一种趋势，对当今社会经济的发展有着重要的现实意义。本论文以师范学院大学生为调查对象，对师范学院大学生创业意愿的现状及成因进行问卷调查。研究结果表明：师范学院大学生整体的创业意愿处于一个相对较低的水平；创业能力欠缺、创业氛围不够、创业条件较差等影响大学生的创业意愿。并从全面提高大学生的创业能力、培育浓厚的创业氛围以及有针对性的改善创业条件三个方面提出了具有针对性的建议。10889

The Entrepreneurial Intention of College Students and the Causes of the Normal University
Abstract: Entrepreneurship is not only an attempt, is also a kind of trend, has the important practical significance for the development of the social economy. In this paper, Normal University students as the object of study, current situation and causes of the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Normal University were investigated by questionnaire. Research results show that: the overall entrepreneurial intention of college students in Normal University at a relatively low level; affect the entrepreneurial intention of college students entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial atmosphere is insufficient, lack of business conditions. And comprehensively improve the entrepreneurial ability, cultivating students' strong entrepreneurial atmosphere as well as the three aspects of improving business conditions put forward pertinence suggestions.

师范学院大学生创业意愿及其成因研究前言 近年来随着我国高校的不断扩招，我国教育已将由传统的精英型向现在的大众型转变。伴随着高校毕业生数量的逐年上涨，毕业生就业问题也随之显现出来，很多毕业生拥有较高的学历但却找不到合适的工作，这就引发了现代社会关注的大学生就业难、就业压力大等社会性问题。而在这样的情况下，大学生自主创业则可以有效的缓解严峻的就业压力。另外，大学生创业不仅有助于降低就业压力，更有利于促进地方经济的快速发展。因此，培养大学生的创业意愿有着十分重要的现实意义。然而，在时下各地方高校，大学生创业者很少，成功创业的大学生更少，大学生整体创业处于一个相对较低的水平。因此，培养大学生的创业意愿是每个地方性高校迫在眉睫的大事。鉴于此因调查师范学院大学生当前创业意愿的现状及其影响因素，探究师范学院大学生对创业相关政策和措施的满意度，以便学校能够及了解师范学院大学生整体的创业意愿现状，并根据实际情况做出相应的措施，以便及时为本校大学生创业提供必要地帮助。基于上述问题，本文拟采用问卷调查、面谈及其它相关的调查的方式，对师范学院大学生的创业意愿现况进行调查，分析其中相关原因，并给出相应的对策建议，从而提出提高师范学院大学生创业能意愿的培养策略。 大学生创业意愿及其成因研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_10077.html
