摘要：随着我国城市化进程的加快，农村出现了越来越多的空巢老人。他们大多没有退休金，每月收入只有政府的补贴，日常生活无人照料，享受不到较好的医疗卫生设施。能否处理好农村空巢老人的养老保障问题，对农村空巢老人多一点关爱，关系到社会的和谐发展。本论文就当前农村空巢老人养老保障存在的政府养老补助不足、医疗卫生体系不健全、空巢老人缺乏关爱等问题进行分析，提出了加强农村养老基础设施建设、提高福利机构对空巢老人的支持力度、健全农村低保制度等措施，以此来改善我国农村空巢老人的养老保障问题。23694

Study of elderly people living alone in rural old-age security problems
Abstract：With the acceleration of urbanization in China, more and more empty nesters appear in rural areas. Most of them do not have a pension, living unattended , the monthly income is only the government subsidies and can not enjoy better health facilities. Properly handle empty nesters rural old-age security problems and give a little more empty nesters love, related to build the harmonious development of society. To lead a better solution of the rural old-age security issues of empty nesters, this article analyzes the problems of rural endowment insurance of empty nesters such as government pension subsidies inadequated, health care system unsound , empty nesters lack of care and provides suggestions to solve the problem of the old-age security issues of rural empty nesters such as strengthening rural infrastructure of endowment, improve welfare agencies to support efforts to empty nesters and improve system for rural residents.
