摘 要：社区矫正制度有利于未成年罪犯回归社会和降低行刑经济成本，更是符合国际未成年犯行刑制度的发展趋势。而对社区矫正实施全过程的检察监督是实现社区矫正的关键。本文从立法和司法实践两个方面对我国未成年人社区矫正检察监督的现状进行分析，在此基础上总结未成年人社区矫正检察监督的立法和司法实践中存在的问题，最后对完善我国未成年人社区矫正检察监督提出一些建议，希望有助于推动我国未成年人社区矫正的发展。56709

Abstract: Community correction system is not only good for minor offenders returning to society and reducing the execution of economic cost, but also accords with the international trend of the development of juvenile delinquents system of execution. Procuratorial supervision on community correction is the key to the realization of community correction. In this papers, the status quo of community correction procuratorial supervision has been analyzed from two aspects of legislation and practice firstly. Then, we summarizing the problems existing in the legislation and practice of the community correction of juvenile delinquents procuratorial supervision on the basis. Finally, Corresponding measures has been put forward to to perfect the procuratorial supervision of juvenile community correction in our country. It’s aimed at promoting the development of juvenile delinquents community correction in our country.

引言
当今世界的三大难题是环境污染、毒品犯罪与未成年人犯罪问题。未成年人是人类继续发展的希望，正因如此，人类社会一直以来普遍地关注着未成年人犯罪的防治问题。作为改造教育人性的方式，社区矫正用于教育未成年犯罪人员比较适合，其所起到的法律效果和社会效果也很明显。其作用在于，提高未成年犯教育改造的质量，加快未成年犯顺利回归社会的时间，降低再次犯罪的可能，大大消除社会生活的不和谐、不稳定因素，是加强我国社会主义法制建设的有效措施。同时，中国未成年人社区矫正司法实践也存在一定弊端，实践过程中最重要环节也就是社区矫正检察监督，目前还有待改善，尤其是存在监督保障机制不健全、监管机构和人员权责不明、监管方式比较单一等问题。 论未成年人社区矫正的检察监督:http://www.751com.cn/faxue/lunwen_61283.html
