XD合成Al-TiO2-B-Cu、Al-Ti-B2O3-Cu系铜基复合材料研究

摘要运用放热弥散法反应合成了Al-TiO2-B-Cu、Al-Ti-B2O3-Cu系铜基复合材料。探索其制备工艺,分析反应过程的热力学,并结合DSC、金相照片与XRD图谱建立了反应过程动力学模型。利用金相显微镜、SEM和XRD等手段分析反应产物微观组织。研究发现Al-TiO2-B-Cu体系反应过程中,液态Al首先和TiO2发生反应,生成热力学稳定的-Al2O3和活性Ti原子,活性Ti原子又与B结合产生TiB2;在 Al-Ti-B2O3-Cu体系的反应过程中, 液态Al首先和Ti发生反应,生成Al3Ti,Al3Ti再与B2O3结合产生增强相TiB2和-Al2O3。两个反应体系的最终反应产物均是-Al2O3和TiB2。当B/TiO2=0时,增强相为30%的Al-TiO2-B-Cu系反应产物为-Al2O3。当B/TiO2=1时,出现了增强相TiB2。当B/TiO2=2时,-Al2O3、TiB2增强相均匀分布于基体中;当B2O3/Ti=0时,增强相为30%的Al-Ti-B2O3-Cu体系的增强相只有Al3Ti。当B2O3/Ti=1/2时出现了-Al2O3相。当B/TiO2=2时,-Al2O3、TiB2增强相均匀分布于基体中。64028

Title  Study on Copper Matrix Composites Formed by XD Technology in Al-TiO2-B-Cu and Al-Ti-B2O3-Cu Systems

Abstract In this article,the Al-TiO2-B-Cu and Al-Ti-B2O3-Cu systems copper matrix Composites were successfully fabricated by means of the exothermic dispersion(XD).Its preparation technology was explored,thermodynamic of reaction process was analysed ,and the reaction process dynamics model was founded combining with DSC、X-ray diffraction(XRD) and optical mierosepoe(OM).The microstructures of composites were analysed by optical mierosepoe(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that in the Al-TiO2-B-Cu system, liquid aluminum reacted with TiO2 firstly and resulted in stabilized -Al2O3 grains and active Ti atoms,then the active Ti atoms reacted with B grains to form TiB2.In the Al-Ti-B2O3-Cu system, liquid aluminum reacted with Ti grains firstly and resulted in Al3Ti , then the Al3Ti grains reacted with B2O3 grains to form TiB2 and -Al2O3 grains.The reacted products of the two Systems were TiB2  and -Al2O3 grains.When reinforcement volume fraction was 30%,B/TiO2 molar ratio was 0,the reinforcement of the Al-TiO2-B-Cu system was -Al2O3.When B/TiO2 molar ratio was 1,the reacted products appeared TiB2  . When B/TiO2 molar ratio was 2,the TiB2  and -Al2O3 reinforcement uniformly distributed in the matrix. When reinforcement volume fraction was 30%,B2O3/Ti molar ratio was o,the reinforcement of the Al-Ti-B2O3-Cu system was Al3Ti.When B2O3/Ti molar ratio was 1/2,the reacted products appeared -Al2O3. When B2O3/Ti molar ratio was 1,the TiB2  and -Al2O3 reinforcement uniformly distributed in the matrix.

1 引言
