碳量子点/钨酸铋复合材料的光催化性能研究

摘要对于人类和各种生物而言,水是非常重要的资源,水孕育了地球上所有的生命。然而目前我国水资源污染十分严重,我国工业发展想要取得发展要从低成本、高效率环境净化方案入手,也是中国经济乃至世界经济持续发展的必经之路。而光催化技术尤其适用于一些其它污水处理技术难以有效降解处理的低浓度、高毒性、难降解有机污染物的深度净化处理,具有其独特的优势。因此,研究并发展新型高效的污染废水处理技术是目前的当务之急。本文通过水热的方法制备出了Bi2WO6纳米颗粒,其中主要的原材料为硝酸铋(Bi(NO3)3·5H2O)和钨酸钠(Na2WO4·2H2O),以及一些其它的辅助材料。并用碳量子点(CQDs)和之前制备出的Bi2WO6纳米颗粒为原料制备出CQDs的质量百分比分别1 wt %,3 wt %, 5 wt %的碳量子点/Bi2WO6纳米复合材料。通过光降解罗丹明-B(RhB)溶液,来表征碳量子点(CQDs)/Bi2WO6纳米复合材料的光催化降解效率。并用透射电子显微镜和XRD衍射仪来观察其结构特性。结果表明碳量子点/Bi2WO6具有优异的光催化活性。70180

Abstract For humans and all kinds of creatures, water is a very important resource, water gave birth to all life on earth.But now the water pollution is very serious in China, the industrial development of our country want to develop from the purifies scheme of low cost, high efficiency, also is the Chinese economy and the world economy sustainable development path.And photocatalytic technology is especially suitable for some other wastewater treatment technology is difficult to effective degradation of low concentration and high toxicity, the depth of the refractory organic pollutants purification treatment, has its unique advantages.Therefore, research and development of new pollution of efficient wastewater treatment technology is currently the top priority.This paper was prepared by hydrothermal method of Bi2WO6 nanoparticles, the main raw material for bismuth nitrate (Bi(NO3) 3 · 5H2O) and sodium tungstate (Na2WO4 · 2 H2O), as well as some other auxiliary materials.Before and used carbon quantum dots (CQDs) and preparation of Bi2WO6 nanoparticles and percentage as raw material to the quality of the preparation of the CQDs 1 wt %, respectively, 3 wt %, 5 wt % of carbon quantum dots/Bi2WO6 nanocomposites.Through light degradation of rhodamine B - (RhB) solution, to characterize the carbon quantum dots (CQDs)/Bi2WO6 the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of nanocomposites.With transmission electron microscopy (tem) and XRD diffraction to observe its structural characteristics.The results show that CQDs/Bi2WO6 excellent photocatalytic activity.
