用单片机技术,设计输送机断带抓捕系统,不仅要对断带信号快速检测,而且必须短时间内有效的卡死输送带,截住断带产生的大量堆料,预防通道阻塞现象,避免巨大损失,快速报出断带位置

摘要带式输送机是以输送带作为牵引机构和承载机构的一种运输设备,它的输送能力在大型连续输送机械名列前茅。其优点运行阻力小,运行稳定,运转可靠,风险低。纵使在连续装载的条件下仍然可实现连续运输,所以在国民经济各部门广泛运用门。然而带式输送机时常发生断带事故,特别是高带速、大倾角、远距离、高位置的带式输送机,输送带承受了不小的纵向张力,一旦接头强度够不到要求,输送带质量不达要求,使用维护不到位等问题,容易发生断带事故。断带事故一旦发生,几百甚至上千上万米长的输送带连同其上承载的物料在重力的作用下滑向机尾,损坏机架,阻塞巷道,极大可能造成人员伤亡,后果严重。因此在研究断带抓捕问题时,在最短的时间内将下滑的输送带抓住,从而减少断带造成的损害.70362

在本篇论文中应用单片机技术,设计输送机断带抓捕系统,不仅要对断带信号快速检测,而且必须短时间内有效的卡死输送带,截住断带产生的大量堆料,预防通道阻塞现象,避免巨大损失,快速报出断带位置,完成继续生产。因此以单片机和 CPLD 为核心设计一个皮带机输送综合保护控制装置对皮带机的运行状态进行实时监测。当皮带机的偏离位置、速度、温度以及其他参数超标时, 系统自动报警并采取相应措施。

So when you study the broken belt to catch problems, down conveyor belt caught within the shortest possible time, so as to reduce damage caused by broken belt. 

In this paper, the application of single-chip microcomputer technology, conveyor belt catching system is designed not only to break signal detection, and must be effectively jammed conveyor belt for a short time, stopped the reactor produced broken belt material, prevent obstruction phenomena and avoid huge losses, quickly reported the break location, complete resume production. MCU and CPLD design for core protection and control device for belt conveyor belt conveyor running status monitoring. When belt deviation of position, velocity, temperature, and other parameters are exceeded, automatic alarm system and take the appropriate measures.
