摘要弹丸炮口速度是炮弹运动特性的一个重要参数,是衡量弹丸性能、威力等的重要指标。在武器和弹药的研制、定型、产品验收等方面都需要测定弹丸出炮口的飞行速度。目前已有多种测量弹丸出炮口速度的方法,本课题设计一种新型的弹丸炮口速度测量方法,该测速系统利用接近开关传感器实现炮口速度感知,采用Atmega128单片机作为系统控制核心。
本论文设计的测速系统是利用Atmega128单片机的输入捕捉口,对弹丸的经过进行捕捉测算,接近开关传感器在遇到弹丸时,会在输出口输出低电平,单片机能在捕捉口出现下降沿时捕捉到弹丸接近以及离开时的时间点,以准确的测算出弹丸在两个传感器之间的飞行时间,利用传感器之间的固定距离借助编程计算出弹丸实际的飞行速度.本论文设计的速度精度为四位有效数字,速度计算完毕由单片机的I/O口输出借助于四个数码管显示出来。关键字  弹丸测速系统  接近开关传感器  单片机  输入捕捉8606

Title  A new method of design and implementation of muzzle
velocity
Abstract
The muzzle velocity is an important parameter of the projectile motion characteristics, and it is also an important index of measuring the   performance, power and so on of the muzzle. In the aspect of the development, stereotypes, product acceptance and so on of the weapons and ammunition requires measuring the projectile muzzle velocity. There are many measurement method of projectile muzzle velocity. In this paper ,a new type of projectile muzzle velocity measurement method is designed, the measurement system use proximity switch sensor to realize the muzzle velocity perception ,and use Atmega128 microcontroller as the core of system control.
The design of the measuring system in this paper make use of Atmega128 single-chip as the input capture, catch the process of the muzzle and calculate it. When the proximity switch sensors meet the projectile, it may output a low level output voltage in the output. When the capture orifice become a falling edge ,the MCU can catches the projectile along approaching and leaving time points. In order to accurately calculate the time of flight between two sensors, this paper use a fixed distance between the sensor by means of programming to calculate the actual flight speed. In this paper, the design of speed accuracy is four significant figures, speed calculation is completed by MCU I/O port output and displayed by four digital tube.
