摘要水洞是水动力学实验的一种设备,可用来研究边界层、尾流、湍流、空化、水弹性等现象,以及水流与试验物体之间的作用力。水洞是一个流速和压力可以分别控制的水循环系统

    本文对空化水洞的一些关键部件的特性曲线进行了比较选择,并且对这些部件进行了强度校核,结果表明强度满足条件。根据流速计算了整个水洞总的水头损失,并进一步计算了所需驱动水泵的基本参数,凭借这些参数通过查阅手册选择了一组驱动水泵和驱动电机。利用Fluent软件对水洞关键部件收缩段的两种线型进行仿真分析,得出速度和压力的分布图,并比较两种线型优劣。60080

Title    The Motive Power and Flow Control System Design of the 

Cavitation Water Tunnel                                                                        

Abstract

Water tunnel is  one of the hydrodynamic experimental devices.And it is used to study the boundary layer, wake, turbulence, cavitation, water, elasticity, and the force between the test object and the flow.Water tunnel is a kind of water circulation system and its pressure and velocity of flow can be controlled separately.

In this paper, characteristic curves of some key components of the cavitation water tunnel were compared and selected.And the strength of these parts had been checked. The results showed that strength met the conditions. The total head loss was calculated according to the velocity of flow. Further, the required basic parameters of the pump drive was calculated. According to the basic parameters, a plurality of drive water pump and the drive motor was chosen by consulting the manual. By using the Fluent software, the simulation analysis was made about two kinds of lines of the contraction section.It derived velocity and pressure distribution,and the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of lines was compared.
