摘要众所周知,交流异步电动机具有输出转矩大,可靠性强,结构简易,性能优异等优点,所以导致交流电动机被广泛地在实际中被应用,而且考虑到其所在的应用范围在被人不停的在开拓,因此在现在的实际应用中人们对整体对于电机控制系统的标准也是在越来越严格,在这里不仅需要考虑到控制算法合理,成本低廉,又需要同时照顾顾开发时间简短,控制性能优异等优势。变频调速具有高精度、高效率与宽范围等显而易见的优势,是在当今的实际运用中很是具有潜力和影响范围的一种调速方式。51875

矢量控制的基本思路就是把交流电机视为直流电机来进行控制,按照转子磁链定向的原理把定子电流分解为转矩电流和励磁电流,分别对其大小和幅值进行控制,让其获得与直流电机相类似的调速特性。

在这篇论文当中我首先对异步电动机的数学模型以及交流电动机的调速方法进行了简要的分析,随后对这种调速方式采用矢量控制,直到最后C51单片机对该控制系统进行软硬件的设计和验证。

Abstract

The basic idea of vector control AC motor is to be regarded as DC motor control, according to the principles of the rotor flux oriented decomposition of the stator current torque current and field current, respectively, to control its size and magnitude, and let it get DC motor speed control similar characteristics.

In this paper I was among the first mathematical model of asynchronous motor and AC motor speed control method of a brief analysis, then this speed vector control mode, until the last of the C51 microcontroller control system hardware and software design and verification.
