基于气象参数的增氧控制器设计

摘要 溶解氧是水中鱼类生物赖以生存的必要条件,溶解氧溶度过高或者是溶解氧浓度值过低都会对鱼类生物产生重要影响。增氧控制是一种根据水中溶解氧浓度高低来控制增氧机开启或者关闭,以此来改变水中原有溶解氧浓度的方法。因此,增氧控制器对于水产养殖具有重要的意义。  伴随着传感器技术的不断进步,越来越多的增氧控制器采用溶解氧传感器来直接测量水中溶解氧。此外,在增氧机的控制方面,大部分的养殖人员往往是根据溶解氧传感器的测量值来手动的控制增氧机的开启和关断。目前广泛使用的增氧控制器存在价格昂贵,控制方式单一的局限性。 本文设计的是一种根据气象参数进行增氧控制的装置, 利用软件编程取代了部分硬件电路,避免了溶解氧传感器成本高、文护麻烦的缺点,其原理是:采集大气压值和水温值两个气象参数,利用溶解氧与气象参数建立数学模型进行软件处理,计算出的实时溶解氧值。如果这个值大于上限设定值,则关闭增氧机;如果实时溶解氧值小于下限值,则开启增氧机。除此之外,还具备定时控制、数据浏览和参数设定等大多数增氧控制器缺少的功能,弥补了市场上大多数增氧控制器功能单一的缺陷。 39651

Abstract Dissolved oxygen is a necessary biological survival condition for the fish in water, dissolved oxygen concentration value is too low or too high will have an important impact on the biology of fishes. Aeration control is a  method  to control aerator opened  or closed and change the original dissolved oxygen concentration in water according to the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water level. Therefore, the oxygen controller has important significance for aquaculture. Along with the continuous progress of  the sensor technology, more and more oxygenation controller use dissolved oxygen sensor to directly measure the dissolved oxygen in the water. In addition, the oxygen increasing machine control, most of the farmers is often based on dissolved oxygen sensor measurements manual control of the aerator to open and shut off. It can be concluded that the oxygen controller is widely used at present are expensive, the limitations of single control mode. A device according to the meteorological parameters of aeration control is designed in this paper, using the software program to replace the part of the hardware circuit, to avoid the troublesome weaknesses of high dissolved oxygen sensor cost and maintenance, the principle is: high pressure acquisition value and the  water temperature value two meteorological parameters, established a mathematical model for software process by dissolved oxygen and meteorological parameters, calculated real-time dissolved oxygen value. If this value is greater than the upper limit value, then close the aerator; if the real-time dissolved oxygen value is less than the lower limit, open aerator. In addition, also has lack of timing control, data browsing and parameter setting for most oxygenation controller function, make up the market most oxygenation controller function of single defects.
