摘要:煤调湿工艺是通过直接或间接加热来降低并稳定控制入炉煤的水分,其目的在于为后续的炼焦过程节省能源、减少污染并提高生产效率和焦炭质量。在我国,炼焦行业中因为炼焦煤水分含量高而导致效益低,所以很多炼焦企业都通过推广煤调湿技术来降低炼焦煤的水分。因此,对煤调湿工艺的研究既有理论意义,又有实际应用的意义。
   模糊控制算法是对手动操作者的手动控制策略、经验的总结。模糊控制算法有多种实现形式,采用应用最早、最广泛的查表法,可大大提高模糊控制的时效性,节省内存空间,所以本文也将采用查表法建立了模糊控制系统模型。本文做了如下工作:7471
(1)、了解本研究的意义、研究的思路、发展情况以及未来的前景;
(2)、学会运用模糊控制的基本方法;
(3)、利用模糊控制建立煤调湿的模型;
(4)、总结出模型输出与实际输出差异与结果。
综上可得出由模糊控制所建立的模型在一定误差范围内可以实现预定目标。

Based on the fuzzy control of wet coal system modeling and control

ABSTRACT:Wet coal process is through direct or indirect heating to reduce and stabilize boiling coal moisture control,its purpose is to follow-up the coking process of save energy, reduce pollution and improve production efficiency and improve the quality of coke.In our country,because of the coking coal moisture content in the coking industry high and lead to low efficiency,so a lot of wet coal coking enterprise by promoting technology to reduce the moisture of coking coal.So,for wet coal technology research has both theoretical significance And has a practical significance.
Fuzzy control algorithm is rival operators manual control strategy, the summary of experience.There are various forms for realizing fuzzy control algorithm,the earliest and most widely used look-up table method is adopted,can greatly improve the efficiency of the fuzzy control,to save memory space,so this article will also take a look up table method of fuzzy control system model is established.In this paper, do the following work:
(1)the understanding of the significance of this study, research ideas, development situation and future prospects;
(2)Learn to use the basic method of fuzzy control;
(3)Wet coal model was established based on fuzzy control;
(4)Summed up the results and differences model output and actual output.
In conclusion can be obtained by fuzzy control within a certain error range of the proposed model can achieve the intended target.
