摘要本文以梅山钢铁公司炼钢厂35号行车为例,桥式起重机在钢铁制作工艺当中起着至关重要的作用,桥式起重机控制系统是以PLC作为控制核心,运用变频器进行调速达到控制物体起升降落和托运。梅山公司在ABB变频器所采用ACS800型号采用直接转矩控制方式以达到系统的稳定,可靠以及实用性。当行车在静止状态时,ABB采取机械零速制动控制以达到相对零速,减小冲击力。变频调速环节主起升控制系统里的运用主从控制系统达到在零速也就是制动时实现快速机械制动,从而保护变频器并实现多台电机的平均分配,DTC控制实现精确力矩控制,确保系统的高效连续稳定的运行。46277
  重点对于ABB变频器在起重机中大小车部分的水平机构做了研究,了解到整个系统构成以及各个机构组成,相互之间需要怎样的协作才能达到起升运输功能,编写了大车的相关程序,起重机在整体结构搭建应怎么选取,驱动方式如何选择更加利于行车,变频器容量、制动电阻怎么选取才能提高整体性能,最终对所选变频器进行启动观察,得到本次ABB变频器在行车不光从效益还是性能提高上都有益,变频调速更是解决了行车中对电流的精确控制,电平波动的干扰,功率过低造成的隐患。

ABSTRACT
This paper in Meishan Iron and Steel Company steel plant No. 35 driving, for example, bridge crane in the steel making process plays a crucial role, the control system of bridge crane is with PLC as the control core, using the frequency converter for speed to control objects rise and fall and checked. Meishan company in the ABB inverter using ACS800 model using direct torque control method to achieve the stability of the system, reliable and practical. When driving in the static state, the ABB adopts the mechanical zero speed braking control to achieve the relative zero speed and reduce the impact force. Variable frequency speed control unit, main l control system using master-slave control system to achieve the zero speed is braking to achieve rapid mechanical brake, so as to protect the converter and to achieve an even distribution of the multi motor DTC control achieve precise torque control, to ensure that the system, continuous and stable operation.
The key to do the research for the ABB converter trolley part level mechanism in the crane, which to understand the entire system structure and the various agencies, between the need to collaborate in order to achieve the lifting transportation function, program cart, crane in the whole structure building should be how to select driving mode of how to choose a more conducive to traffic. The inverter capacity, how to select the braking resistor to improve the overall performance, finally the selected inverter start observation, this ABB inverter in driving without light from the efficiency or performance are good, frequency control is to solve the precise control of the driving current, the interference level fluctuation, the risks caused by the low power.
