摘要:本次的苯酐生产艺术设计是以邻二甲苯为原料,气化与空气混合成粗苯酐反应器催化氧化,在氧化反应器中的化学反应,氧化过程中释放出大量的热。工艺上试用48995熔盐装置将反应产生的热量带出,熔盐装置中的除盐水会随热量的上升而形成高温蒸汽被运送至之后的装置用于反应。此时,熔盐装置中的除盐水会不足需要除盐水进行补充以继续保持氧化反应器的反应温度。

本次的设计主要介绍使用西门子公司S7-200系列的可编程控制器PLC和北京三维力控公司的力控组态软件完成本次系统的设计方案。运用PID算法,通过编程使用PLC的梯形图进行编程,针对苯酐装置除盐水控制系统的工艺流程及控制要求,让程序更为简洁,改进运行方案。将设计监控界面在力控软件中进行了绘制,通过力控的功能实现了控制系统的实时监控、数据的实时采样与处理。

In process, the heat produced by the reaction of the molten salt device is brought out, and the water in the molten salt device is used to react after the high temperature steam is transported to the device with the increase of heat. At this time, the salt water in the molten salt plant will be insufficient to add to the need to add water to continue to maintain the reaction temperature of the oxidation reactor.

   This design mainly introduces the design scheme of the power control configuration software system based on the programmable controller PLC and the Beijing three dimensional force control company of SIEMENS company S7-200 series. Using PID algorithm. By programming with PLC ladder diagram programming, phthalic anhydride plant for desalted water control system of process and control requirements and let the program more succinct, improved operation scheme. At the same time, the control configuration software is used to design the monitoring interface, which can realize the real-time monitoring of the control system and the real-time sampling and processing of the data.
