无线射频识别读写器主控系统设计

摘要射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)技术是一种非接触式自动识别技术,它利用射频信号和空间耦合(电感或电磁耦合)的传输特性,对目标对象加以识别,并获取相关数据。与条形码、IC 卡和磁卡等自动识别技术相比,它具有无需接触、抗干扰能力强、可同时识别多个目标、读写灵活、速度快、安全性能高等优点,正逐步成为自动识别技术中最优秀和应用最广泛的技术之一,是目前最具发展前景的自动识别技术。由于RFID技术日渐成熟,RFID技术相关应用已经出现在交通管理、社会管理、安全管理、生产管理等各个领域。但市场上的手持式读写器的功能冗余,从而导致其价格较贵,阻碍了RFID技术的普及和应用。42354

本文首先介绍了课题的研究背景和意义,对RFID系统的组成、原理、标准、分类、应用作了简单介绍。然后通过理论分析和应用调研,进行了系统可行性分析和系统方案论证设计,确定了将系统分为两个模块:主控制系统模块、射频模块和电源管理模块。主控系统使用了基于ARM Cortex-M4内核的CC3200微处理器,设计了基本电路和扩展接口、调试接口等外围接口电路,并根据功能需求,设计了包括LCD触摸屏和键盘电路的人机交互模块和存储器扩展电路。设计中采用了具有高效碰撞算法的RRU981射频模块,详细分析了接口协议,并通过CC3200微处理器从其采集的标签信息中提取EPC号,传送至LCD触摸屏进行显示。整个设计遵循小体积、低功耗、便捷可携带、嵌入式的设计思想,在满足基本功能需求的前提下,降低了生产成本。

Title    Radio frequency identification (RFID) to read and write device control system design                     

Abstract

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) technology is a non-contact automatic Identification technology, which USES Radio Frequency signal and the spatial coupling (inductance or electromagnetic coupling) transmission characteristics, on the target object recognition, and access to relevant data. With bar code, magnetic card and IC card automatic identification technology, it has no contact, strong anti-interference ability, can identify multiple targets at the same time, to read and write advantages of flexible and high speed, safety performance, is gradually becoming the best automatic identification technology and one of the most widely used technology, automatic identification technology is the most promising. Because of the RFID technology is getting mature, RFID technology related applications has emerged in the traffic management, social management, security management, production management and other fields. But on the market of functional redundancy of hand-held, speaking, reading and writing, which leads to the more expensive, hindered the popularization and application of RFID technology.

This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the RFID system composition, principle, standard, classification, application, were simply introduced. And then through theoretical analysis and application research, the feasibility analysis and system design, project demonstration system determines the system can be pided into two modules: the main control system module, rf module and power management module. Main control system USES the CC3200 microprocessor based on ARM kernel architecture (M4, designed the basic circuit and extended interface, debugging interface, such as peripheral interface circuit, and according to the functional requirements, including LCD touch screen and keyboard circuit design human-computer interaction module and memory expansion circuit. An effective collision algorithm is adopted in design of RRU981 rf module, interface protocols are analyzed in detail, and through CC3200 microprocessor EPC extracted from its acquisition of label information, sent to the LCD touch screen display.
