摘要：玫瑰花是一种具有很高的食用价值和药用价值的花卉。本实验的目的主要是针对玫瑰花中的花青素的含量、玫瑰花中文生素的含量进行分析，得出具体的花青素含量以及花青素相较于蓝莓中的花青素的含量比例，最终确定崇明岛的一年一季的玫瑰花的食用价值以及营养价值。实验方法是通过高效液相色谱法对今年当季盛开的玫瑰花进行液相分析，通过对液相图谱的分析得到具体的花青素的含量的准确值，通过对比得出玫瑰花的花青素含量以及实际食用价值。通过本次实验，我得到了崇明岛今年当季玫瑰花中的花青素的具体含量，通过对花青素含量的分析，得知了玫瑰花中花青素的含量大约为蓝莓花青素含量的4倍左右。40994

Functional application research and analysis of edible rose
Abstract: rose is a high food value and medicinal value of flowers.
