摘要:禽流感是由甲型流感病毒引起的家禽和野禽的急性接触性流行病。目前疫苗免疫接种仍然是预防禽流感的有效措施,但是现今生产禽流感疫苗的厂家众多,禽流感疫苗的免疫程序和标准没有明确规定,而免疫后抗体水平是免疫效果、免疫合格率以及免疫程序是否合理的主要判断依据,因此,本研究采用血凝和血凝抑制试验(HA-HI试验)对南京市畜牧家禽科学研究所种鸭厂金陵种鸭进行免疫接种高致病性禽流感H5亚型后抗体水平的跟踪监测,试验结果表明该批次金陵种鸭免各季度免疫均能达到80%以上的合格率,加强免疫后的春季甚至高达100%,平均抗体滴度也均能达到8log2以上,加强免疫后最高水平甚至可达10log2以上。该研究所种鸭在免疫高致病性禽流感后能够产生较高抗体水平效价,说明该研究所免疫水平较高且各季度免疫预防工作达到农业部相应要求。38797

Surveillance of antibody level of H5 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in ducks
Abstract:Avian influenza is an acute contagious epidemic caused by influenza A virus in poultry and wild birds. At present, vaccination is still the effective measures to prevent bird flu, but the production of bird flu vaccine manufacturers of many avian influenza vaccine immunization procedures and standards are not clearly defined, but the immune antibody level is immunity, immune qualified rate and immune procedure is to determine whether a reasonable basis, so this study used blood coagulation hemagglutination inhibition test (HA-HI test) tracking and monitoring of highly pathogenic avian influenza H5 subtype antibody levels after immunization for the duck duck factory of Jinling Nanjing city animal husbandry and poultry science research, the experimental results show that the batch of Jinling duck free immune can reach each quarter pass rate above 80%, following immunization the spring even up to 100%, the average antibody titer was above 8log2, the highest level even after immunization can reach more than 10log2. The ducks in the Institute can produce higher antibody titers after the highly pathogenic avian influenza, indicating that the Institute has a higher level of immunity, and the immunization work in each quarter has reached the corresponding requirements of the Ministry of agriculture.

引言
禽流感(Avian Influenza, AI),是一种急性接触性传染病,是由甲型禽流感病毒引起的在家禽和野禽之间传播。水禽是其天然宿主,可长期存在水禽体内,并由水禽向外界排毒或传播给其它易感动物。按照其致病力可将禽流感分为非致病性禽流感、低致病性禽流感、高致病性禽流感三类,其中前两类相对较温和,引起损失不严重。目前高致病性禽流感病毒仅局限于H5和H7两个亚型,并且已导致多次禽流感爆发。[1] 一旦爆发高致病性禽流感,将导致家禽大面积死亡,死亡率可高达100%,给家禽业带来毁灭性的打击,造成严重的经济损失。在传播过程中可有禽类传染给人,造成严重的公共卫生事件。世界动物卫生组织(OIE)将其列为法定报告动物疫病,我国也将其列为一类动物疫病。在《国家中长期动物疫病防治规划(2012-2020)》中,高致病性禽流感被列为优先防控的重大动物疫病之一。[2] 种鸭高致病性禽流感H5亚型抗体水平的监测:http://www.751com.cn/yixue/lunwen_37878.html
