摘要:4-溴丁基苯醚是重要的化工原料,广泛用于医药行业和农药行业,主要用作医药中间体和农药中间体,其合成采用苯酚和1,4-2溴丁烷在碳酸钾催化,乙腈做溶剂条件下回流制成,利用石油醚做溶剂过柱,得到较纯的4-溴丁基苯醚,此方法具有操作简单,成本低等优点,因而对齐研究并用于大批量生产很有意义。实验分为两个部分,一是对4-溴丁基苯醚进行合成,二是对其进行结构确证。合成采用的是在三口烧瓶中回流得到,对其结构确证采用的是核磁共振氢谱检测其结构,根据最后的检测,证明了最后得到的产物的确为目标产物4-溴丁基苯醚。得到目标产物以后的下一步研究是怎样提高产量,相同的原料,怎样控制投料量合控制反应条件,以期达到节约资源并且产量最大化。环保是发展永恒的主题,在试验中还要注意环保,以达到环境污染最小化。24426

Synthesis of 4 - bromo-butyl ether
Abstract:4 - bromo- butyl ether is an important chemical raw material , used as pharmaceutical intermediates , synthetic phenol and its 1,4-2 catalytic potassium bromide in acetonitrile solvent is made to make reflux conditions , this method has the operation simple, low cost. According to the research of foreign scholars found tired ether compounds against Gram positive and negative bacteria have good antimicrobial activity , which reveal certain advantages in the clinical treatment of Gram-positive bacterial infections in recent years, however , although not see 4 - bromo- butyl ether widespread reports of resistance , but by four - bromo- butyl ether heavy use and abuse , has been found to be clinically resistant strains . We learned in the field of medicine fluorinated alkyl having special properties, the introduction of fluorine atoms into organic compounds can greatly alter the physical and chemical properties of compounds and in vivo physiological activity , and thus the introduction of fluorine atoms in the heterocyclic compound study abroad has aroused widespread interest chemists . Is a broad-spectrum , high efficiency , low toxicity of antimicrobial agents in the field of industrial chemicals , pharmaceuticals , medical equipment, agriculture and others have a wide range of applications , this experiment is the synthesis of 4 - bromo- butyl ether and treated with detecting NMR structure.
