摘要:海绵城市(The sponge city)是新一代城市雨洪管理理念,是指城市在适应环境变化和应对雨水带来的自然灾害时所显现的良好弹性。海绵城市即为国外的“低影响开发雨水系统构建”,通过应用LID技术,以缓解或排除城市内涝,解决各种城市水问题,实现可持续的城市发展。当今中国正面临水质污染,洪水,水资源短缺,地下水位下降,城市内涝等各种问题。“海绵城市”是适应中国复杂的地理气候特征提出来的、以中国悠久的水文化遗产为基础、融合了当代国际先进的雨洪管理技术和生态城市思想而形成的理论、方法和技术系统,具有鲜明的中国性和国际的先进性。水是地球上的一个连续的系统,是世界上最不该分离的元素,但在现有的管理机制中,管理机构却把水系统分离得支离破碎,将水和生物分离,水和城市分离,水和土分离,排水和给水的两个过程分离。38765

Analysis of The sponge city theory
Abstract:  The sponge City is a new generation of urban stormwater management concept, refers to the city in response to changes in the environment and respond to natural disasters caused by rain when the good elasticity.
