摘 要：近几年来，随着深度报道和揭黑新闻的数量的不断增加，隐性采访已经成为新闻媒体的一种重要采访形式。但是随着隐性采访中记者侵权事件的增多，新闻界和学术界对隐形采访的争议内容也在不断增多。本论文从隐性采访的隐蔽、真实、风险性等特点出发，根据当前媒介环境分析了隐性采访在手段和技术上的变化。进而具体以 “茶水发炎”和“罗锦华卖假报告案”为例，剖析了接着在隐性采访中引发的诸如公众知情权与个人隐私权、目的与手段等方面道德争议。在此基础上对隐性采访引起的道德争议的原因进行了深入分析，分析发现引发隐性采访道德争议存在着如全行业缺乏共识，法律界限不明，对媒体监督的缺位等方面的因素。本文通过对隐性采访道德争议的探究，以期对以后这方面的研究提供一种新的价值和观念参考，并为记者在今后隐性采访中行为规范的尺度提供一种建议。关键词：隐性采访；新闻侵权；道德争议；成因分析6788
