摘要：近年来，就业问题一直是社会的热点话题，各种求职途径层出不穷，使得电视职场真人秀节目成为电视媒介的“新宠”。本文通过文献综述法和案例研究法相结合的方法来探析电视职场真人秀节目，着重以《非你莫属》为例，从节目平台的服务性、权威性、娱乐性来阐释电视职场真人秀节目的特征，指出电视职场真人秀节目中存在的节目的同质化严重、专业性和娱乐性失调、缺乏人文关怀等问题，同时针对这些问题采取的摒弃同质化，塑造节目的品牌；提升专业化，增加节目的涵养；重拾温情，注重人文关怀等等策略。从而使电视职场真人秀节目朝着更好地方向发展。 23624
