摘要：随着互联网在中国的普及，网络新闻得到了飞速的发展，但在发展过程中存在很多问题，其中谣言传播对网络新闻的发展危害最大，它阻碍了网络新闻的健康发展。对网络新闻发展和谣言传播辩证关系的探讨，使人们认识到打击谣言传播的必要性，人们只有完善网络新闻的法律法规来打击谣言传播、强化媒体网站建设、提高从业者准入制度，并不断强化网络意见领袖的责任意识，才能遏制谣言传播对网络新闻的危害，这将对网络新闻的健康发展产生积极的影响。21916

The Analysis of Development Course of Network News from The Perspective of Rumor Spread
    Abstract:With the popularity of the Internet in China, the network news developed rapidly, however, a lot of problems begin to take on in the process of network news development, especially the rumor spread, which has the most harmful influence on the development of network news, it hindered the healthy development of network news. Next, this thesis elaborates the dialectical relationship between the development of network news and rumors spread, making people realize the necessity to crack down on rumor spread, thus,people need perfect the network news laws and regulations, strengthen the media website construction, improve practitioners access system, and continuously strengthen the network leaders’ responsibility consciousness, to curb the bad influence of rumors spread on network news, it will also has the positive influence on the healthy development of the network news.

从打击谣言传播看网络新闻的发展之路
    “2014年1月16日，中国互联网络信息中心在北京发布的第33次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，截至2013年12月，中国网民规模达6.18亿，互联网普及率为45.8%。” 使用互联网的人数中约有一半的网民主要是为了获取各类网络新闻，网络新闻逐渐融入了更多人的日常生活之中，它的发展对互联网以及我国新闻事业的发展都有深远的影响。网络新闻从1994年至今已经走过了20年的历程，在这20年的发展过程中，网络新闻给人们生活、社会和谐发展等都来了积极影响，但网络新闻的发展也出现了新闻内容简单、缺乏创新，新闻报道充斥着商业链接，网络新闻中存在很多侵权现象，谣言的大肆传播等问题，给网络新闻的发展带来了极其消极的影响，尤其是谣言传播对网络新闻发展的危害最大。这应当引起国家相关部门的高度关注，并采取相应的措施，加大对网络谣言传播的整治力度，这将有利于网络新闻更加健康、稳定的发展。
一、网络新闻的发展现状
