摘要在微波毫米波中,微带线是微波集成电路中一种十分重要的传输形式,然而目前许多毫米波测试系统和器件的接口均采用矩形波导,因此,波导.微带转换器被广泛的应用于毫米波单片集成电路和混合电路的检测以及波导与平面电路的连接中,以使两种传输线间具有良好的匹配过渡。波导-微带过渡技术便成为系统实现的关键技术之一,受到广泛研究。65551

常见的波导-微带过渡技术主要有:探针过渡,脊波导过渡以及槽线过渡。探针过渡是通过探针的耦合作用将波导中的电场耦合到微带线中,根据探针结构不同,又可分为同轴探针过渡和微带探针过渡,本论文介绍了具有低插入损耗、宽频带,以及结构简单的微带探针过渡结构。设计过程基于阻抗匹配原理,通过HFSS软件进行仿真和优化,最后得出过渡结构的优化数据。

Title     E-plane Millimeterwave Waveguide  Microstripe  Transition  Circuits  Design                                                                    

Abstract

Microstripe line is a very important transmission of the microwave integrated circuit,but many  test systems and devices of the millimeter wave interfaces rectangular waveguide currently, therefore,the waveguide- microstrip converters are widely used in millimeter-wave monolithic integrated circuits and hybrid circuits and the connection of waveguide and planar circuit, so that the two transmission lines with a good match between the transition. Waveguide - microstrip transition technology has become one of the key technologies to achieve the system, which has been widely studied.

Common waveguide-microstrip transition technologies are: probe transition, ridge waveguide transition and  slotline transition. Probe transition is accomplished by coupling the electric field of the waveguide probe to microstrip lines, according to the difference of the probe structure, it can be pided into coaxial probe transition and microstrip probe transition, this paper introduces a low insertion loss, wide bandwidth, and the simple structure of the microstrip transition structure. Design process is based on impedance matching principle, simulated and optimizated  by HFSS for the conclusion of the transition structure optimization data.
