摘要ICCD(intensified charge-coupled device)相机近年来发展迅猛,得到了非常广泛的应用,在许多高精度科学领域的应用要求其能有非常高精度的图像质量。本次毕设的目的就是为了研究相机的性能,通过研制微光ICCD性能测试系统,测试信噪比、动态范围等参数,客观分析ICCD相机性能。42903

    本文中,首先对微光ICCD的发展进行了概述,然后介绍了微光像增强器、CCD的原理和发展,重点描述了微光ICCD的结构和工作原理,并且理论分析了其性能参数的测试方法和标准。在此理论基础上,还研制了微光ICCD性能测试系统:搭建了能保证输出光均匀性的均匀光源照明系统;选用了能实现在同一增益下测试信噪比的半月型测试靶;设计了模拟和数字信号均可采集的图像采集系统。基于LabVIEW软件平台,来编程实现视频的同步显示和数据的高精度采集。同时也根据各性能参数的算法编程计算和把结果存储至数据库。实验结果分析与理论分析结合,从而评价微光ICCD的性能。

Title    Theoretical and experimental study of the performance of  low-light-level ICCD                    

Abstract

ICCD (intensified charge - coupled device) camera is developing rapidly in recent years. It has been very widely used in many applications in the field of high precision science, which demands of very high precision of image quality. This project develops a system to test the SNR, dynamic range and other parameters of ICCD camera, therefore, objective evidence is provided for the analysis of noise properties.

This paper category discusses the development process and working principle of low light level imaging device, focuses on the basic structure and working principle of ICCD, aims at testing standards and methods of the parameters of ICCD for in-depth research and theoretical analysis. On the basis of these theories, the test system of ICCD is specifically developed: Uniform illumination system is designed to ensure uniformity of the output light; SNR test target is designed to achieve SNR test under the same gain; Signal acquisition system with analog and digital video format are both realized. Based on the platform of LabVIEW software, real-time video display and high-precision data acquisition are achieved by software programming. At the same time, according to the various programmed algorithm of SNR, dynamic range and etc., compute and storage to the database. The experimental results and theoretical analysis combined to evaluate the LLL (low-light-level) ICCD performance.
