摘 要:采用红外光谱法、X-射线衍射(XRD)法、扫描电镜(SEM)法和元素分析法对硫磺熏制可能会对陇西参的元素及形态产生影响进行了研究。四种方法研究表明硫磺熏制对参的肉质不产生任何影响,其中红外分析表明,经硫磺熏制的参表皮未显示出新的基团;XRD和SEM分析表明,经硫磺熏制的参表皮产生了结构和形态变化;元素分析表明,硫磺熏制使参表皮残留了大量的硫,但通过水洗可以除去这些残存的硫。结果表明,硫磺熏制会影响参形态,导致表皮大量硫的残留。水洗方法可以清除这些残存的硫,达到与未经硫磺熏制参质量相同的程度。66458

Abstract:The IR,XRD,SEM and Element analysis method were employed to study the influence of the element and form of Codonopsis pilosula from Long Xi which was fumed by burning sulphur. The results indicated that fumigation can’t have any effect on the meat of Codonopsis pilosula by the four methods. IR analysis showed that the new groups had not appeared after burning sulphur in the Codonopsis pilosula; XRD and SEM analysis showed that fumigation can cause the form and structure of the peel of Codonopsis pilosuls changed; Element analysis showed that a lot of sulfur were left over the peel by burning sulphur. However, these sulfur could be removed by water scrubbing. These results indicated that the fumigation of burning sulphur could cause the the form and structure of the peel of Codonopsis pilosula changed and a lot of sulfur in the peel were remained. But these residual sulfur could be removed by water scrubbing.The Codonopsis pilosula could keep the quality as the same as the crude Codonopsis pilosula.

1  前言

参为桔梗科植物参Codonopsis pilosula(French.)Nannf、素花参Codonpsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta(Nannf)L.T.Shen或川参Codonopsis tangshen Oliv的干燥根,主产于山西、甘肃、陕西、四川等省,是一种常用中药。其性平、味甘、入脾、肺经;具有补中益气、健脾益肺、止渴、养血生津等功效;可用来治疗脾肺虚弱、精神不振、气短心悸、食少便溏、虚喘咳嗽、面色萎黄、热病伤津、内热消渴等症状,并常作为人参的代用品,俗称“小人参”[1-2]。据文献记载,参中主要化学成分为参皂苷、酚酸、参多糖、胆碱、磷脂类、聚乙炔醇、蒲公英萜醇、木栓醇、豆甾醇、豆甾烯醇、苍术内酯及菊糖等[3-4]。现代药理研究表明,参还具有调节血糖、增强体质、兴奋造血机能、增强机体免疫力、增强记忆、延缓衰老、降压、抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、调节胃肠收缩及抗溃疡等多种功效 [5-14] 。 硫磺熏制对党参元素及形态的影响研究:http://www.751com.cn/shiping/lunwen_74406.html
