精恶唑禾草灵的水生毒性研究

摘要:精恶唑禾草灵是目前使用较广泛、用量较大的除草剂种类之一,.其在环境中的大量残留带来了潜在的环境风险。本文介绍了精恶唑禾草灵的污染现状以及生态毒性。并以水华蓝藻绿色微囊藻作为研究对象,通过精恶唑禾草灵对绿色微囊藻的生长抑制、精恶唑禾草灵对蛋白质含量的影响及精恶唑禾草灵对叶绿素含量的影响,研究精恶唑禾草灵对蓝藻的急性毒性。.结果表明:环境浓度为0.17 mg/L、0.19 mg/L、0.22 mg/L的精恶唑禾草灵能够抑制绿色微囊藻细胞的生长,.而绿色微囊藻在暴露于环境浓度精恶唑禾草灵时其生长明显受到抑制。本文同时通过测定其蛋白质、叶绿素a含量检测了精恶唑禾草灵对绿色微囊藻的生物影响,为今后的研究方向进行了探计,旨在为其生态风险评价提供有价值的参考。38726

Aquatic Toxicity Fenoxaprop on Microcystis viridis
Abstract: Fenoxaprop have been used extensively in the world and it’s the larger types of herbicide, which can remain in the environment and bring about potential environmental risks. In the present study, the eco-toxicity of fenoxaprop on aquatic life was investigated. Cyanobacterium Microcystis viridis was selected as a test organism. Growth inhibition, protein content, chlorophyll content and cellular enzymes content in Microcystis viridis exposed to fenoxaprop were measured to explore the acute toxicity of fenoxaprop. The results showed that at the environmental concentrations of 0.17 mg/L, 0.19 mg/L and 0.22 mg/L, fenoxaprop could inhibit the growth of cells in Microcystis viridis, and when Microcystis viridis exposed to environmental concentrations of fenoxaprop, the growth was significantly inhibited. Protein and chlorophyll a content were also measured in the study to explore the biological effects of fenoxaprop on Microcystis viridis. Future research directions have been discussed and aimed to provide valuable reference for ecological safety evaluation of this kind of herbicide.
