摘要:本文通过8个生物性状和7个功能多样性指数反映渭河流域山区和平原生态区水生昆虫群落的差异,应用fourth-corner和广义线性模型(GLM),研究水生昆虫功能多样性对不同空间尺度环境变量的响应关系。结果显示两个生态区多数生物性状和功能多样性指数具有显著差异,其中具有无庇护所和以叶片为庇护所材料、外骨骼轻微骨化和骨化良好、草食性、捕食性等生物性状的底栖动物更多生活在栖境状况较好的山区,体壁呼吸、虫体柔软、集食者等生物性状更多的集中在人为活动较频繁的平原。除了功能均匀度指数没有显著差异外,山区的性状和功能多样性指数均显著高于平原,说明功能多样性对环境干扰的响应非常稳定。GLM模型结果表明,在山区流域尺度城镇面积、水温和泥沙含量对生物性状和功能多样性有影响,平原区农业面积、总氮、二氧化硅、河宽和钙含量影响着生物性状,导致生物多样性指数降低。流域尺度的土地利用变量对生物群落有一定影响,但是河段尺度的环境变量更为重要。本文是对国内生物性状和功能多样性对不同空间尺度环境变量的响应机制的进一步理解,为生态健康评价做出一定贡献。26209

Response of benthic fauna and functional persity to environmental variables at different spatial scales in southern Weihe Basin
Abstract:The difference of the 8 biological traits and 7 functional persity index reflects the Weihe basin aquatic insect communities in mountainous and plain ecological zone, the application of fourth-corner and generalized linear model (GLM), response relationship between the persity of aquatic insects on different spatial scales of environmental variables. The result showed that most of the biological properties and functions of two ecological persity index had significant differences, which has no shelter and from the leaves of benthic animal shelter materials, exoskeleton minor ossification and ossification, good herbivorous and predatory biological traits more life in better habitat in mountainous area, wall breathing, body soft and the biological character of collectors more concentrated in the more frequent human activities in the plain. In addition to the no significant difference in the functional evenness index, the character and functional persity index of the mountainous area were significantly higher than that of the plain. The GLM model results show that in the mountainous area, urban watershed scale water temperature and sediment content on the biological characteristics and functional persity effects, agricultural area, plain area of total nitrogen, silicon dioxide, calcium content and river width affects the biological traits, leading to biopersity index decreased. The land use variables have some effects on the community, but the environmental variables are more important. This paper is a further understanding of the response mechanism of the biological characteristics and functional persity to different spatial scales in china.
