摘要利用静电纺丝技术可以将许多粘合性材料在电场的作用下转化为小分子的纳米级材料,并在电极上富集,并在后续的实验中,利用其在电极上的螯合作用,可以与各种功能基团、分子进行结合,在分子以及纳米程度上进行各方面的电化学实验。PET溶液是一种可以在壳聚糖溶液的包裹作用下,在存在外加电场的作用时实现静电抽丝的溶液。当PET溶液利用静电作用吸附于电极表面后,纳米材料螯合作用可以使电化学实验中,原电位还原成为可能。在电化学稳定还原电位中,氯金酸溶液可以实现分解,并使金在电极表面的富集,进而使纳米金材料参与后续实验。四巯基苯硼酸溶液便是可以实现与纳米金离子进行吸附作用的溶液,而苯硼酸基团上的硼-羟基,又可以与各类具有酸性催化效应的酶、蛋白质上的羟基进行结合,从而实现对敏感酶类的保护作用、特定生物催化传感器的制备作用,本实验设计报告中,多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶均可实现与该种硼-羟基结合。此类静电纺丝基团引入方案,可以保护敏感而易被氧化的含有酚的酶类,也可以与正常的酸性作用酶(等电点<7.0)发生结合,从而实现进一步的蛋白质定向提取。20307

Abstract
