超长余辉发光材料的制备与性质研究

摘  要 本文首先采用燃烧法制备铝酸锶的长余辉发光材料SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+。在实验过程中,我们通过改变原料含量、降低稀土金属离子含量,来研究工业化实用的高温固相法和燃烧法的稀土金属离子最佳方案,从而降低生产成本。燃烧法研究表明,当Eu的掺杂浓度为0.02mol,Dy/Eu为1时,得到的样品余辉性能好的最佳方案。其次,本毕业论文采用高温固相法在1350摄氏度和碳还原气氛下,煅烧3小时,制备燃烧法所得的最佳方案的Sr Al2O4: Eu2+,Dy3荧光粉末。最后,我对比高温固相法的样品和燃烧法制的样品。燃烧法只需要在600摄氏度下煅烧10分钟左右便可得到余辉性能佳的荧光粉末,并且所得的粉末晶粒较小,纯度高;而高温固相法需在1350摄氏度下煅烧3小时才能得到样品粉末,而且所得粉末晶粒大,需要经过球磨与筛选。可见燃烧法克服了高温固相反应中晶粒较大需粉碎研磨的缺点,也不需要复杂的外部加热设备,反应迅速快,产品纯度高,发光亮度不易受破坏,节省能源,是一种较有前途的制备发光材料的方法。9294

Abstract   At first,in this paper, the preparation of strontium aluminate long afterglow luminescent materials was developed via the combustion method.In the process,we study the best solution of rare earth metal ions Strontium aluminate long-lasting phosphors via high temperature solid state method and the combustion method,to reduce the production cost.The research shows that Eu doping concentration is 0.02 mol, Dy/Eu to 1, so we can get the best good solution in the aspect of afterglow performance. Secondly,the SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy phosphors from the combustion method were obtained by calcining the precursor in the electric muffle furnace under a weak reducing atmosphere of carbon maintained at 1350 °C for 3 h.Finally, I compared the sample of high temperature solid state method and that of combustion method.The fluorescent powder of the best afterglow performance just need 600 degrees Celsius calcined for 10 minutes via the combustion method,and the powder grain size is small, the phase is high pure.While he fluorescent powder of the best afterglow performance need 1350 degrees Celsius calcined for 3 hours via the high temperature solid state method,and the powder grain size is big, need to pass the ball grinding and screening.As a result,the combustion method can overcome the disadvantage -crushing grinding grain in the high temperature solid state method.And ,it do not need complicated external heating equipment,quick reaction ,energy conservation.The combustion method is a promising method of preparation of luminescent materials.
