摘要从企业管理的角度，运用本量利分析法作出更优的企业经营决策，从而获得更多的利润以及达到更完善的经营。1922年完整的保本分析理论被提出后，本量利分析法便被应用在世界各地，成为企业经营与管理所必需的重要会计工具。因此本文想要探讨的就是本量利分析法这种定量分析法在现代的企业管理中的应用。所涉及的内容包括本量利分析法的基本假定、基本公式、基本原理等等。本文主要运用本量利分析法中的不同方法结合实际案例分析在企业管理的应用，通过举例论证和理论论证等方法，分别从经营决策、风险管理、利润决策、投资决策以及多品种条件下的不同的方面来阐述本量利分析法的应用。而经过分析，传统的本量利分析法略有缺陷，但对于现代企业管理的应用还是起到了巨大的作用，今后如果更加完善，则将会更加利于企业的经营管理，达到其想要的目的。45690

Abstract
From the perspective of enterprise management, in order to gain more profit and achieve a better management, the enterprise can use CVP analysis method to make better business decisions. Since the whole breakeven analysis theory was finished in 1922, the cost-volume-porfit analysis began to be applied all over the world, and became the important accounting tools of operation and management of business. So this article wants to discuss is the CVP analysis in the quantitative analysis in the application of the modern enterprise management.
What involved in the content includes the assumption of CVP analysis, the basic formulas, the basic principle and so on. This mainly use CVP analysis of the different method and combining with the actual case analysis in the application of enterprise management. The paper will approve the application of CVP analysis through the method of examples of argumentation and analytic demonstration in different aspect like management decision-making, risk management, profit, investment decision-making, and under the condition of many varieties. Through the analysis, the traditional CVP analysis has a slight defect, but still play a huge role for the application of modern enterprise management. If it can be more perfect and follow the time, it will be more conducive to enterprise's operation and management and achieve the final goal.
