摘要：船舶行业如今在社会中的地位日益增加，生活中市民会选择游轮出游世界各地，企业和客户会选择用货轮在各国之间运输货物，富豪会选择购买游船自己出行等等，可以说现下的生活已经离不开船舶了，然而由于近几年的天气状况每况愈下，使得人们越来越关注环境的问题，而这也使得有关部门开始关注起了行业内的企业对环境的污染情况，其原因是造成天气变化的关键就在于企业的排污问题。因而使得近几年国务院环境保护部门对全国上下的各个船舶企业实施了环境保护的监督管理工作，同时也开始修订和制定相关的法律法规。鉴于此，本文通过国内的船舶产生的污染以及使用的材料和应于政策而需添加的设备、产品的成本的了解，讨论了考虑环境因素后对船舶行业造成的成本影响和困扰，提出船舶行业现下存在的环境管理问题，研究相对应的措施和办法。61907

Analyze the impact of shipping industry in environmental management from cost management

Abstract: Nowadays, shipping industry’s position is increasingly important in the society. People will travel all over the world by taking loose pulley, companies and customers will transport goods among countries by taking cargo ship, rich and powerful people will buy a boat to go out etc. In short, it can be said that we can’t leave ship in the life. However, due to deteriorating weather conditions in recent years, many people more and more force on environment issue, and it also makes the authorities begin to pay attention to environment pollution in shipping industry. So in recent years, the environmental protection department under the State Council takes action to manage environmental protection for shipping industry. But also begin to formulate and revise relevant laws and regulations. In view of this, through the materials used in shipping, the need to add equipments and cost of the product, the paper discuss the cost impaction after considering the environmental factor, propose environmental management under the shipping industry, analysis corresponding measures and methods.
