摘 要：随着我国经济的快速发展，管理会计学在企业管理中的地位越来越重要。自从我国系统地引进西方管理会计学的理论与方法以后，我国许多企业在实际应用中采用了管理会计学的一些方法，并取得了一定的成效。但从总体看来，管理会计学在我国的应用并不令人满意，甚至在一定程度上阻碍了企业经济效益的发展与提高。本文以江苏阳澄湖大闸蟹股份有限公司为例，通过紧密分析该公司的具体情况，并结合管理会计的相关理论进行研究分析，探讨了该公司管理会计在企业应用中存在的问题并提出相应的解决措施，希望以此促进企业更好地运用与发展管理会计。61234

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, the status of management accounting in business management is getting important increasingly. Since the Western management theory and method of accounting was introduced systematically, many enterprises in China used a number of methods for management accounting in practical applications, and have achieved some results. But overall, management accounting application in China is not satisfactory, and even to some extent hindered the development and improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, Ltd.
