摘 要：货币资金收支管理是现行中小企业货币资金收支业务往来的一项重要会计管理工具，其在企业日常经营环节和发展战略中都处于主导地位。随之当今国内外经济发展态势不平稳，中小企业优胜劣汰的竞争处境堪忧，探索新型货币资金收支管理体系以适应现今中小企业的快速发展成为当前会计人员进行货币资金核算与监督的一项重要课题。然而，在实际的会计工作中，货币资金收支管理确实存在着诸多问题。本文对沧州市源林汽配有限公司货币资金收支管理存在的现状和优劣势进行分析，找出问题之根源所在并提出解决相关问题的有效方案和对策，以此亟予各中小企业在解决诸类问题时能得以借鉴。59138

Abstract：Currency management of revenue and expenditure of funds between the current SME currency income and expenditure of funds business has been important accounting management tools, and it has dominated in all aspects of the day-to-day operations and development strategies. Along with today's domestic and international economic development trend is not smooth, slightly elimination of the competitive situation of SME winning is worrying, exploring new currency funds and expenditure management system became important issue on the current accounting and supervision of monetary funds. However, in the actual accounting work, monetary funds and expenditure management do exist many problems. This article analyzed the status quo and the advantages and disadvantages of the source forest, Cangzhou City Auto Parts Co., Ltd. of monetary funds and expenditure management to identify the root cause of the problem and proposed to solve the related problems ,in order to give SME reference in solving similar problems.
