摘要：企业的生存与持续发展要求有利润和收益的回馈。收益的取得，除却企业经营活动创造的价值以外，还需要科学的长期投资决策带来的未来效益。企业的长期投资属于战略资本投资，必然存在一定的风险，所以投资时必须进行科学严谨的分析。因此，合理的拟定长期投资决策项目，找到效益最大化的方案成为公司不可忽略的工作。这势必将对企业业务数据的分析，决策质量的提高，经济利润的获得起到积极的影响。最优方案的选择往往是通过现金流量分析的方法实现的。本文以江苏长海复合材料股份有限公司为例，把握其投资活动现金净流量的变化及意义，比较不同投资项目量化指标的数值结果，并最终解析优势方案选择的过程，为现金流量在投资活动中应用的必然性提供新的事实依据。58141
