摘 要：随着我国市场经济体制和现代企业制度的建立，要求我国国有企业按照市场经济建立相应的绩效审计评价指标体系，在现有的评价体系中重视对财务指标的分析，忽略了国有企业的社会责任，不能全方面的反映国有企业的发展情况，对国有企业的绩效审计有了更高的要求。本文首先对绩效审计的相关概念进行论述，分析目前绩效审计常用的方法和体系，并对国有企业绩效审计的现状进行分析指出存在的问题，再通过对影响国有企业绩效审计的因素分析来确定绩效审计的指标和建议，按一定原则建立绩效审计评价指标体系。56754

Abstract：Along with the establishment of China's market economy system and modern enterprise system, state-owned enterprises (SOE) are required to set up appropriate evaluation indicator system of performance audit in accordance with the market economy. The current evaluation system focuses on the analysis of financial indicators, ignores SOEs' social responsibilities, fails to fully reflect their development status. As a result, higher requirements have been put forward for SOEs' performance audit. In this paper, the author firstly discusses related concepts of performance audit, analyzes the current commonly-used performance audit methods and systems, identifies the status quo of and problems in SOEs' performance audit, determines the indicators of and suggestions for performance audit through the factors influencing SOEs' performance audit, and establishes the evaluation indicator system of performance audit.
