摘要：无锡市中级人民法院在2013年3月公布消息称，无锡尚德太阳能电力有限公司由于无法归还到期的相关债务依法被裁定破产重整。无锡尚德作为全球最大的光伏组件生产厂制造商之一，它仅用了10年便成为了中国光伏产业的龙头企业，然而短短时隔一年以后，这个神话般的公司就坠入了债务危机，此前的辉煌已经不复存在了。本文从四个方面来深度剖析无锡尚德破产重组这一事件，首先对于企业破产重组的概念有所了解，其次着力分析无锡尚德破产重组的原因和现状，然后针对如何推动尚德的破产重组进行深入研究，最后通过尚德案得出结论并获得启示。54695
