摘要伴随着我国运输需求的日益增加,而航空运输作为运输方式中的重要环节,需要大力的去发展,为此发展我国的航空事业已经成为当务之急。而如今，飞机融资租赁已经成为了航空公司机队规模提升的重要手段。但是飞机融资租赁中, 由于投入的资金大, 租赁的周期长,投资的回收期不确定的诸多因素 ,所以如何去规避飞机融资租赁方面的风险，已经成为飞机融资租赁的一个重要问题。
本篇文章主要是从南航的角度对飞机融资租赁的方式进行了全面系统的介绍和分析，首先，着重对航空公司飞机融资租赁的重要影响进行了分析；然后，对关于风险管理的理论进行了比较系统的介绍，最后，本文针对南航飞机融资租赁中存在的风险管理方面的问题，进行了分析论证。文中运用了定量与定性相结合的方法，对飞机融资租赁的系统风险进行了全面的评估，为飞机融资租赁风险控制提供了相关理论和数据支持，对于南航飞机融资租赁的风险控制具有一定的指导意义。46524
