摘要随着国内外经济环境的不断变化，家电行业在经过几年高速发展后，市场需求开始逐渐由强变弱，尤其是现代科技水平的不断提高，促使家电行业的商业竞争愈演愈烈，不少家电企业的发展面临着巨大的挑战。为了加强企业的竞争优势，在行业立于不败之地，需要对企业的发展能力进行深入探讨。发展能力是企业的生存之本，体现在筹资、投资、分配等各个环节，已成为影响我国中小企业生产经营过程中一个不容忽视的重要部分，是企业持续发展、实现价值最大化的关键。在本文中,首先，通过介绍发展能力分析的含义和主要内容,然后结合无锡小天鹅股份有限公司连续五年的年度报告与同行业的相关财务数据，分析其发展能力和核心竞争力,总结出该公司发展过程中存在的问题及问题产生的原因，并提出一些改进方法。46523
