AOTUDYN小炸高条件下K型聚能装药结构优化设计

摘要本文运用理论分析、数值模拟等方法,对破-破式串联战斗部前级K型聚能装药结构进行优化设计,并在小炸高条件下对钢靶进行了侵彻研究。基于K装药形成杆式射流成型理论,系统分析了K型聚能装药结构参数对侵彻体成型的影响。运用LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对K装药结构的成型过程进行数值仿真,研究了用于K装药结构的偏心亚半球药型罩的三个参数:外壁曲率半径r1、偏心距a、药型罩壁厚h以及隔板的三个参数:隔板半径gr、隔板张角m、隔板锥角n,对成型后侵彻体头部速度v1、尾部速度v2和侵彻体长度l的影响规律。结果表明:药型罩外壁曲率半径r1在90mm~110mm,偏心距a在35mm~40mm,药型罩壁厚h在2.2mm~2.4mm,隔板半径gr在0.8r~0.85r(r为装药半径),张角m在5°左右,锥角n在55°左右取值时,侵彻体头部速度较高。
在此基础上,利用正交优化设计的方法,研究了药型罩外壁曲率半径、偏心距、药型罩壁厚、隔板半径、张角、锥角这751个因素对侵彻体头部速度、尾部速度及长度这三个指标影响的主次关系,得到了各因素下的最优水平组合,并运用AOTUDYN软件对优化后的结构建立有限元模型,模拟射流侵彻装甲,得到了小炸高条件下尾速度较高、杵体较小的侵彻体对装甲的侵彻过程。

Title    The Optimization Design of Precursory K Charge     Structure in Small Height of Standoff    
Abstract
Fluid mechanics principle of K charge and penetration were analyzed systematically by the use of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The study can by applied to the optimizing design of K charge.
By using LS-DYNA finite element software, the formation process of K charge which is used for the prepositioned charge of tandem warhead was simulated, the influence law of the curvature radius and eccentricity of eccentric hemispherical liner on the head velocity of jetting projectile charge was studied, the results show the head velocity of jetting projectile charge was higher when the liner curvature radius was selected at 90mm~110mm and eccentricity was selected at 35mm~40mm., liner thickness was selected at 2.2mm~2.4mm.
The effect of Wave-shaper on K charge jet’s performance is as follows: partition radius was selected at 0.8r~0.85r, cone angles were Selected at 5°and 55°inpidually.
Based on the analysis above, using the theory of orthogonal optimal design, through the factors of curvature radius, eccentricity, liner thickness, partition radius, cone angle, the primary and secondary relationship of the influence that the above factors on the index of head velocity, rear velocity and length was studied, the optimal level combination of various factors was obtained which was suitable for the prepositioned charge of tandem warhead, it further provides the reference for the study of tandem warhead.
