摘要随着铁路车辆速度的不断提升,车辆的振动幅度越来越大。车辆的振动还会损坏车体的结构及加剧各部件的损耗,这对于列车运行的安全性具有很大的威胁,减少车辆的使用寿命。因此合理的设计车辆悬挂系统,对于改善列车运行的平顺性与乘坐的舒适性具有非常重要的意义。70356

本文主要是在研究了列车车辆的中央悬挂系统也就是通常所说的二系悬挂系统后,提出了对带有附加气室空气弹簧的节流孔开度的半主动控制设计方案,本文的主要研究归类如下:分析研究的背景与带附加气室空气弹簧的研究现状,明确研究目标与内容;具体研究带附加气室空气弹簧,发现节流孔开度与空气弹簧系统刚度的关系;采用磁流变液,设计合理的结构实现对节流孔开度的半主动控制调节,以此来实现对空气弹簧刚度的半主动控制。

Semi-active Secondary suspension Design

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of railway vehicle speed, vehicle vibration amplitude is growing. Vibration will damage the vehicle body structure and exacerbate the loss of the components, which for the safety of train operation has a great threat, reduce the life of the vehicle. Therefore, rational design of the vehicle suspension system for improving the train ride has a very important meaning and ride comfort.

This article focuses on the study of the central train vehicle suspension system that is commonly referred to as post-secondary suspension systems, presented to the orifice air spring with auxiliary chamber opening semi-active control design scheme of this paper Research categorized as follows:analysis of the background and current situation of air spring with auxiliary chamber studies, a clear research objectives and content; specific research air spring with auxiliary chamber found that the relationship between the throttle opening and the air spring system stiffness;using magneto-rheological fluid, well-designed structure to achieve the throttle opening degree of semi-active control and regulation, in order to achieve the semi-active control of the air spring stiffness.
