本次课题以NX11.0.0.33为例，根据齿轮特殊的精度要求和材料属性需求设计了一套注射模具，作为一个高要求的传动件，其模具两端各设计一个定位环，同时配备模温检测器、压力传感器和计数器等辅助原件；为了简化设计过程采用标准化的大水口模架；采用镶件以减少加工表面，降低成本；为方便分模时塑件能留在公模侧，设计了一对弹簧帮助分模；设计了单头的热流道配合潜伏式浇口，保证塑件表面质量的同时，减少材料浪费；通过分模验证和模流验证保障设计的可行性；设计了两个PTS模板，齿轮模板，可以通过修改基本参数实现产品额变形同时拟定了产品需求，即产品质量，产品在变形后可以自动检测设计是否通过验证满足需求；分模模板，可以是实现模具A、B侧的组件展开，便于观察。本设计采用NX设计软件，极大的方便了产品的设计过程，并且设计的模板在日后产品变形时仍具有一定作用。强大的验证模块起到了良好的辅助设计作用，改模具产品具有可行性强，贴合实际的特点，并具备一定的重用性。
