设计总说明:本设计题目为某废水量2000m3/d的印染废水厂的处理工艺的设计。进水水质:CODcr:850mg/L, BOD5:380mg/L,SS:210mg/L, pH:6~9,色度360(倍)。印染废水处理经济上和技术上都行得通,经过处理后的印染废水直接排入附近的的河中,其水质执行的标准是《纺织染整工业污水排放标准》(GB4287-2008)中的表2直排级标准,具体出水水质CODcr:≤80mg/L, BOD5:≤20mg/L,SS:≤50mg/L,pH:6~9,色度50(倍)。在综合考量,比较了多个工艺后,决定采用以水解酸化+生物接触氧为主的方法。因为它有处理效率高,污泥产量少,处理价格也不高等优点。生物接触氧化工艺是一种于20世纪70年代初开创的污水处理技术,其技术实质是在生物反应池内充填填料,已经充氧的污水浸没全部填料,并以一定的流速流经填料。在填料上布满生物膜,污水与生物膜广泛接触,在生物膜上微生物的新陈代谢的作用下,污水中有机污染物得到去除,污水得到净化。本设计主要由绪论,处理工艺选择及说明,主要工艺说明及计算,平面布置及高程布置,投资估算这几部分构成。本设计用到的构筑物有格栅(作为本设计的预处理部分,去除污水中较大的悬浮物和漂浮物),调节池(调节水量和水质),水解酸化池(将不
溶性有机物水解成溶解性有机物,将大分子有机物分解成小分子有机物,还可以在较短的时间内使废水的可生化性得到提高),生物接触氧化池(本设计工艺的核心构筑物,是一种介于活性污泥法与生物滤池之间的生物膜处理方法,在有氧条件下利用生物膜与废水充分接触,通过生物降解的方法去除污水中的有机物等,从而达到净化水质的目的),竖流沉淀池(主要被用来处理废水中的悬浮物),污泥浓缩池(主要目的是为了降低污泥中的含水率、减少污泥体积,同时减少池容积和处理所需的投药量,大大减少了输送污泥的管道的尺寸和管道堵塞的几率,从而可以对污泥进一步的处置利用)
绪论主要是介绍本课题的设计任务,并且对进水量,水质参数(诸如cod,bod等),出水水质等,还有印染废水来源,特点等都进行了简单的介绍。处理工艺选择及说明则是对印染污水中常用的处理方法(物理法,化学法,生物法等)进行介绍,除了说明各种方法的处理机制,还会说明各种方法的的优缺点。之后就是列出集中常用的工艺流程(如氧化沟,生物接触氧化池法等),并从其中决定一种工艺运用于本设计,本设计最终决定采用以生物接触氧化池为核心的工艺。主要构筑物说明及计算,顾名思义就是指对本设计的工艺流程中所要用到的主要构筑物及一些附属构筑物进行说明及计算,这些构筑物包括格栅,调节池,水解酸化池,生物接触氧化池,竖流沉淀池,污泥浓缩池等。平面布置及高程布置就是指在废水厂中合理布置这些所要用到的构筑物,这是一个综合考量的过程。投资估算就是大概估计一下我所设计的工艺流程所要消耗的资金。41002

Abstract:This topic to design a waste water quantity of 2000 m3 / d factory of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment process.the quality of the water is : CODCr  850mg/L BOD5   380 mg/L  SS 210mg/L  pH 6~9  chromaticity 360 times.
