文章以TJJD橡胶有限公司为例，结合现场管理中的“6S”管理、目视管理、定制管理对再生胶生产的现场进行规范管理。通过对现场布局的重新规划，对员工作业的重新规范以及对机器设备、工具的定置管理优化现场布局及管理。从工业工程的角度简化操作步骤，减少七种浪费，提高生产效率，降低生产成本。再生胶的生产线平衡则结合具体的再生胶的生产线特色对其进行优化平衡，变频调速、无功补偿、自动称重都是优化生产线的方案，不仅提高生产线的生产效率，还大大消除了不必要的浪费，降低了生产成本，增强企业的核心竞争力。5826
