摘要银行客户关系管理系统是基于帮助中小型银行或村镇银行进行农业信贷而设计的客户信息管理系统，系统全面实现了银行对客户信息管理的要求，能高效便捷的帮助银行进行农业信贷业务。

本课题是为了解决当前中小型银行或村镇银行所面对的不良信贷问题而提出的。本系统使用的开发软件是开源工具eclipse，开发的项目类型是web项目以B/S架构作为整个项目的主体，围绕其进行开发设计。系统的浏览访问操作是通过浏览器进行的，系统的数据库管理是利用Oracle数据库进行的。本系统设计时选择Java为设计语言，MVC为开发模式，实现过程中采用springmvc+mybatis框架完成页面显示、流转控制层和后台数据交互。根据需求分析的需要将系统功能设计为用户登陆功能模块、系统管理模块和信息管理三个功能模块。用户登录模块主要功能是实现用户登录验证和页面跳转分发；系统管理模块的主要功能是实现用户管理、角色管理、机构管理、密码修改、系统日志和数据字典；信息管理模块的主要功能是实现客户信息、家庭信息和团体信息的管理审核授权操作。银行机构使用该系统辅助进行农业信贷业务，能有效的帮助银行机构降低不良信贷率，提高农业信贷业务的安全。62363

本文主要介绍系统的设计目的、系统的主体架构和系统的模块及对应实现的功能，经过调试和测试，本系统能实现预期目标。

Banking institutions to use the system to assist in the agricultural credit business, can effectively help banks to reduce non-performing loan ratio and improve the safety of agricultural credit business.

This paper mainly introduces the module design of the main frame of the system purpose, the body of the system architecture, system of the template and corresponding functions, after debugging and testing, the system can achieve the expected goal.
