摘要：随着用电量的上升需要， 变电站需要进行相应的增加。 但是， 由于上海的城市建设已经相对成熟，很难新建变电站。只能在已有的变电站的基础上进行改扩建。本项目设计提出了采用用SharePoint技术将相关信息组织在一起， 构成一个初步的改扩建风险管理系统,将现有的管理方法延伸至改扩建工程管理,实现风险交底和停役申请的自动化生成。 同时， 为下一步企业内部文件的流转，审批等建立一个良好的基础。 这将对变电站改扩建工程中的风险管理建立一系列管理点。本项目中需要研究的功能有：编制excel模板；由模板自动生成所需要的表格；文档由sharepoint保存；sharepoint文档管理；网站搜索文档等。7821
