摘要目前信息技术飞速发展，经济全球化的趋势越来越明显，现代制造业面临的竞争也越来越激烈，实施企业信息化战略势在必行。生产信息管理系统已经成为了企业信息化解决方案中的关键途径，而生产现场的数据采集又是实施生产信息管理系统的拦路虎，阻碍离散制造企业的信息化发展。本文根据目前国内离散型制造企业，尤其是造币机械制造企业的生产特点，在对离散型制造车间生产管理需求分析的基础上，总结出适用于离散型制造车间的生产信息管理的一般流程，概括出此类生产信息管理系统设计开发的一般原则，并提出了生产现场数据采集的总体方案。

Title Production Management Information System of Mintage
Abstract
Nowadays, the globalization trend of economic development becomes more and more apparent, with the development of information. The competition that the modern manufacturing industry faces is also more and more vigorous so that the implementation of information-based strategy in the enterprises is certainly necessarily conducted. Building up a production management information system has become the key method which can solve the problem of information-based construction in the enterprises. At the same time, the collection of the data from the production spots is the obstacle when building up a production management information system, which can block the information-based development of discrete manufacturing enterprises.
According to the manufacturing characteristics of current domestic discrete manufacturing enterprises, especially the enterprises of coinage machine production, a conclusion of the general process of manufacturing information management which can be applicable to the discrete manufacturing workshop is made, on the basis of the need analysis. And the general design principle of this kind of manufacturing information system is summarized. At last, a total project about the data collection in the production spots is put forward.
