摘要：传统的试题库管理方法受到时间、空间和管理文护等各种因素的制约, 已很难适应现代信息社会教育教学发展的需求,为了适应高校教学改革的需要, 提高工作效率, 利用计算机进行试题库管理及计算机辅助教学与测试是教学改革的一项重要课题. 任何一门课程的教学, 都面临着信息时代多方面的挑战. 首先是来自教学手段与教学方法改革的挑战, 如计算机多媒体技术就已成为高等教育中较为重要的现代化教学工具之一, 它具有直观、便捷、信息量大等优点, 并且发展迅速, 推动了教育教学改革的进程, 使教学逐步走向现代化. 其次是面临着教学考试的规范化、标准化, 因此试题管理与建设显得十分重要.6677

Abstract: Test library management methods traditional by time, space and the management and maintenance of various factors, has been difficult to adapt to the teaching of modern information society demands for education.
In order to meet the need of teaching reform, improve work efficiency, management of test question database and computer aided teaching and testing is an important subject in the teaching reform of computer. Any course teaching, are faced with many challenges in information age. 第一章 前  言
   考试是检查教学质量的一种必要的形式。考试的结果往往反映出教学管理组织工作、教师的教学水平和学生学习质量的综合情况, 而命题则是考试结果的关键。考试命题的科学化、标准化, 有利于提高教学质量。试题库的建设, 可以提高命题的质量, 并使教师从繁琐的“出题”工作中解脱出来, 实现教考分离, 加强对教学质量的检查和控制。因此, 试题库管理系统的建设,是深化教学改革的一项基本建设, 是保证和提高教学质量的重要措施。传统的面向过程的结构化程序设计的方法, 完全采用自上而下的方法编写全部程序代码,因此应用软件的开发工作比较繁琐, 需要花费大量的人工劳动。目前, 教师普遍掌握了数据库的操作和应用, 只要使用这些开发工具, 再根据试题库管理功能的要求编写一些程序片段, 系统就可以自动生成相应的程序代码, 完全可以很方便地建立自己所需的菜单、屏幕和报表, 进行试题库管理软件的开发。【1】 VB数字信号处理器及应用课程试题库建设:http://www.751com.cn/jisuanji/lunwen_4308.html
