摘 要：伴随着互联网技术的飞速发展，互联网的应用已与人们生活密切相关。高校教师信息管理系统是随着时代的需求而产生的有关管理教师信息的软件。本文是基于B/S的基础上构架的高校教师信息管理系统,论文在写的过程中注重与实践的结合，希望可以将理论运用于实践当中。在设计中主要运用到SQL Server 2005与Visual Studio 2008从而实现了教师信息管理，科研信息管理，授课信息管理等的基本功能,从而实现对高校教师信息的规范化、智能化的管理，同时也有效的提高了管理者对于众多教师信息的管理。37829

Abstract：Along with the rapid development of Internet technology, Internet usage has been closely related to people's lives. Teachers' Information Management System software is about managing information with the teacher needs of the times and produced. This article is based on the Information Management System of University Teachers basis B / S on the framework, the paper focusing on the practice in connection with the process of writing, we hope theory can be applied in practice. 科教兴国战略的提出，国家对教育投入的比重逐年加大，高校作为培养人才的重要场所，高校人数在不断增多，因此高校教师人数也在不断的上升。以往对高校教师信息人工化的管理方式已经不能适应快速增长的教师人数的需要。所以对高校教师信息管理系统的设计势在必行。
