摘要:    矿热炉又称电弧电炉或电阻电炉。主要生产硅铁,锰铁,铬铁、钨铁、硅锰合金等铁合金,是冶金工业中重要工业原料及电石等化工原料。其工作特点是采用碳质或镁质耐火材料作炉衬,使用自培电极。电极插入炉料进行埋弧操作,利用电弧的能量及电流通过炉料的,因炉料的电阻而产生能量来熔炼金属,陆续加料,间歇式出铁渣,连续作业的一种工业电炉。矿热炉加料系统是负责调配矿石原料功能的矿热炉系统的重要组成部分。传统的配料采用人工配料,容易受人工因素的影响。运料大都是采用继电器控制,而继电器控制有着接线繁多,故障率高的缺点,且文护文修不易等缺点。本课题的重点在于利用Unity实现配料系统的简单交互操作,通过手动预设各种原材料的重量来调整将要加料的原材料比例,之后通过动画演示配料完成后的加料过程。主要包括以下几个方面:首先,需要完成向料斗中添加矿石原材料的动画演示过程,即铲车从料堆中取料添加进料斗的过程的动画演示,这部分只需要完成建模并使用3Dmax动画编辑功能制作动画效果即可。其次是控制台面板的数据显示功能。再次需要完成料斗出口处阀门的开闭合时间控制。通过在控制台自定义加料的量,通过控制出料阀门打开的时间来实现控制加料多少的功能。24363

Simulation training system design and implementation of batching system of ore furnace
Abstract:     Submerged arc furnace and electric arc furnace or electric resistance furnace. Mainly the production of ferrosilicon, ferrochrome, ferromanganese, manganese alloys ferrotungsten, iron alloy, metallurgy industry is the important industry raw material and calcium carbide and other chemical raw materials. Material transport is mostly controlled by the relay, and the relay control has a wiring is various, shortcomings of the high failure rate, maintenance and repair is not easy. The focus of this paper is to realize the batching system simple interaction with Unity, by manually preset various raw materials to adjust the weight of the feed raw material proportion, followed by feeding process demo burden after the completion of the. Mainly includes the following several aspects: first of all, need to finish adding the animation process of ore raw material into the hopper, the forklift from stockpile reclaimer add process into the hopper of animation, this part only needs to complete the modeling and the use of 3Dmax animation editing animation effect. Second is the console panel data display function. Once again need to open closed time control valve outlet hopper. Through the console custom feeding amount, by controlling the discharge valve open time to achieve control feeding many functions.
