摘要：我国钢铁央企承载着我国钢铁业行业可持续发展的历史使命，在我国钢铁行业进入微利时代的大背景下，企业对外贸易转型已成为我国钢铁企业维系竞争力的必然选择，面对国内经济“新常态”和钢铁市场的“冰河期”，宝钢股份有限公司应该选择怎样的对外贸易转型的战略方向已经成为宝钢公司急需解决的问题，所以，本文充分整理分析国内外已有研究成果的基础之上，介绍了宝钢对外贸易发展历程，包括宝钢近年来在对外贸易方面转型的有关尝试及仍存在的问题，进而采用SWOT分析法对宝钢对外贸易进行了分析，通过对宝钢对外贸易的威胁、机会、优势和劣势的分析和探讨，指出宝钢对外贸易转型的必要性，并确定宝钢对外贸易转型的战略方向。70707
